Sunish Jose is the CEO of Publicis Global Delivery-India, leading a talented team of more than 3000+ marketing professionals. The team services clients globally for multiple cross-channel marketing mandates. They work with Fortune 500 global brands providing solutions across digital, strategy, transformation, delivery, planning, production, technology, and data-driven marketing services in offshore and scalable models.

Sunish has more than 20 years of experience in building and managing large-scale businesses within the global marketing space. He has had two different stints with Publicis—initially building the global delivery business, and later scaling it to one of the largest global capability businesses in India for any network agency.

Prior to Publicis, Sunish was with Accenture, leading key clients within digital marketing. He has been instrumental in driving PGD India to be consistently recognized as the "Best Workplace in Media in India" for the past 4 years, and the organization is also certified as a Great Place to Work.

Sunish was recognized in 2025 as one of India’s Top 50 People Leaders (CEOs, MDs & Founders) by the Great Manager Institute & The Economic Times. He was also named one of the Top 10 CEOs in India under 40 by CEO Insights Magazine in 2022.
