Session Overview

In this 60-minute lab, participants step into real workplace collisions where Gen Z values meet traditional expectations. Teams will face time-pressured decisions, unexpected disruptions, and the challenge of aligning fast under pressure.

The experience is designed to surface how leaders actually respond when values, priorities, and delivery collide. Instead of frameworks, participants walk away with sharper tools for leading, collaborating, and co-evolving with Gen Z in today’s workplace.
