Yashasree Barve

Yashasree Barve is an Agile Coach and Transformation Consultant at TATA Consultancy Services. As the Unit Agile Leader for Technology, Software and Services Business Group, her work involves working with customers as a transformation consultant, coaching teams to improve the maturity of agile service delivery, agile talent development and growing the community of professionals in the organization. She speaks at conferences on topics related to agility, runs a podcast called “Agile Matters with Yash” and has authored a book called “Agile Mindset Magic”. She leads the Agile Chapter as well as AI chapter for TCS Mumbai.
