Sujata currently heads the Financial Services – Global Capability Center (GCC) at Worldline Global Services, India, where she had the privilege of setting up Worldline’s first GCC in the country and now leads a team of over 700 professionals. With more than 34 years of experience in the IT services industry, she has worked across Payments, Transport, and Insurance domains, delivering value to clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

Her career has been driven by a passion for building high-performing teams, driving transformation, and delivering complex IT solutions. Agile in mindset and technical at heart, she is deeply committed to mentoring talent — enabling organizations to grow while helping individuals thrive.

Over the years, she has contributed to global initiatives including CMMi, PCMM, ISO, and Lean, and is passionate about Agile, being a recognized expert in Agile Scrum practices.

She has also successfully completed the “Gold for Expert” executive program from Cambridge University (UK) and Paderborn University (Germany).
