Seema Rani is currently serving as Vice President – Program Management of Data & Analytics at Mastercard. She has over two decades of IT industry experience, spanning diverse roles from coder and tester to product management and program management.

Beyond her professional career, Seema actively contributes to Mastercard’s volunteering groups such as WLN, MC Care, and ePros. She is a mentor to many, as well as a passionate trainer and coach, having conducted 70+ workshops and trainings on Agile, SAFe, and communication.

A Toastmaster for over 11 years, Seema has held various leadership positions and earned multiple accolades in both public speaking and leadership.
