She has held various Executive leadership positions in Multinational & Global IT and SaaS product organizations such as Capgemini, Majesco, Mastek and Vitech, where she oversaw complex transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies across North America, Europe, and Asia (incl Japan & Australia) .She is a certified SAFe Agilist , SAFe PO/PM and has been instrumental in driving & adopting SAFe within the organizations she worked for and as well as global clients.
