Principles of human growth, as discovered by the spiritual seekers, since time immemorial, hold equally good for all human beings, even today, in this modern context, regardless of one's walk of life. It is only on to the individual to learn, to rediscover and realize them in their own life for total development of their being.

He subscribe to the Vedanta Philosophy as expounded by Swami Vivekananda which views every human being has infinite potential. Unfolding of that Infinite Nature is the One Grand Goal all are travelling to, consciously or unconsciously. It's not just belief system, it's living and realizing it.

What 'GREAT LEADER' are made up of?

Session Overview

Leadership is not about the manipulating people. It's not some cheat job. It's going to backfire sometime or somewhere. Great Leaders have built the empire of their great wealth of awe inspiring character on strong conviction of their ideas; by believing in themselves, in others and in good things and right ways.

And they are the great motivators and enablers of the same values in others. They preach through their life. Leaders are uncanny readers of human nature and and they build on strength of others, not by exploiting their weaknesses. He is a Hero having unflinching faith in the power of Goodness. Having perspectives of wider goals, far-reaching outcomes, deeper impact, comprehensive growth and robust standing, breaks it down to his team-mates, to work it out towards the Ideal. A rare blend of idealism and pragmatism, lays the foundation of great work culture, an institution in itself and like a machine which becomes the foundry of creating great leaders for times to come. Their real work is their own exemplary life, helping others to comprehend it, motivate and enable them to achieve it. They make Men out of boysand Leaders out of men.
