Satish Vengurlekar is founder of Arrow Bridge Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. He built this organization with a mission to make software building less stressful for the teams and to bring higher ROI for the organizations.

Before building ABSS Pvt Ltd , Satish was VP-Product Engineering for a software product organization where he was instrumental for agile transformation of a team of 180+ software builders and taking the product suite of his organization to Leaders Quadrant of Gartner Inc.

In his 30 years professional life, Satish has worked in various fields ranging from medical instrumentation to telecom; and from software coding to leading large software teams.

He considers his most satisfying work was the project he carried out for Indian Armed Forces.
